Who is responsible for your data?
FansGram is operated by OYK DEVELOPMENT LTD, company number 17179226. Registered office: Suite 118 4 Montpelier Street, London, United Kingdom, SW7 1EE. Contact: info@fansgram.art.
What we collect and why
- Orders and delivery: your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, telephone number where needed, order details and payment status. We use these to fulfil your purchase, arrange delivery and handle returns. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you.
- Accounts and support: your account details and messages, including any photos you send about an order. We use them to provide your account and answer requests, based on our contract with you or our legitimate interest in customer service.
- Records: transaction and correspondence records needed for accounting, tax obligations and disputes. The legal basis is our legal obligations or legitimate interest in establishing and defending claims.
- Newsletter: your email and subscription preferences, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
- Website operation: IP address, browser and device information, security logs, and cookie preferences. We use these to operate and protect the store, based on our legitimate interest in security. Optional analytics and advertising cookies require consent.
We collect information you provide, technical information from your browser, and order-status information from delivery and payment providers. Required checkout details are needed to complete and deliver an order. Newsletter signup is optional.
Who receives information?
We share necessary information with hosting and IT providers, payment processors, order-fulfilment providers and local delivery services. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive records where legally necessary. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own privacy notices. Reviews you ask us to publish are visible to website visitors.
Cookies and Google services
Essential cookies support the basket, sign-in, checkout and saved privacy choices. The website also uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for measurement, subject to your cookie choices. Forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. These services may receive technical information about your browser and device. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
You can review optional cookie choices through Cookie settings and manage or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop the basket, account or checkout from working.
International processing
We are based in the United Kingdom. Some service providers may process information in other countries. Where a restricted international transfer is necessary, applicable safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual terms. Contact us for details of safeguards relevant to your information.
How long we keep information
Order and payment records are kept for the applicable accounting, tax and legal-claims periods. Account information is kept while the account is active, with necessary legal records retained after closure. Support messages are kept while needed to resolve the issue and related claims. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe; limited records may be retained to honour your choice or document consent. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@fansgram.art to exercise a right; we may need to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, where applicable, the data protection authority in your EU country of residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement.
