These terms apply when you buy canvas art from FansGram at fansgram.art.

Who we are

FansGram is operated by OYK DEVELOPMENT LTD, company number 17179226. Registered office: Suite 118 4 Montpelier Street, London, United Kingdom, SW7 1EE. Contact: info@fansgram.art.

Our canvas art

We sell physical canvas prints without an outer decorative frame. Each product page shows the artwork, available sizes and price. Choose your size before adding an item to your basket. The composition may differ between formats; check the image for your selected option. Screen colours can differ slightly from the printed canvas. This does not limit your rights if an item differs materially from its description.

Ordering and prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Review your artwork, size, quantity, contact details, delivery address and total before placing your order. The final total, including delivery and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout. You can shop with or without an account.

Submitting an order creates a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm that it will be fulfilled. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order.

Delivery

We use local delivery services for European destinations supported at checkout. Delivery charges and available destinations are explained on our Shipping and payments page. We remain responsible for the parcel until you, or a person you nominate, receive it.

Returns and problems

You have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to return a standard catalogue item. If an artwork arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a fault, contact us for help. See Returns and complaints for the process, refund rules and your statutory rights.

Your account, privacy and reviews

Keep your account details secure. You can ask us to close your account by email. We use personal data as described in our Privacy policy. Reviews should reflect a real experience and must not include unlawful content or another person’s private information. Contact us to report a concern about a review.

Questions and changes

Contact info@fansgram.art about your order or a complaint. You may also contact a consumer protection body or the competent courts. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights in your country. Updates apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
